Christopher Darling received an MFA with honors in Illustration as Visual Essay from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. His artwork has appeared nationally & internationally. He is the co-founder of Carrier Pigeon Magazine. In 2015 he was shortlisted for a World Illustration Award–he also received a Pixie Award illustrations in the animation “Crossroad Blues” for Sony Music. He has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators and his work has appeared in publications such as the New Yorker, Wallpaper Magazine, Frieze Magazine and Juxtapoz Magazine. Darling taught illustration and design at Queens College (NYC) and is currently on faculty in the Visual Communication Design program at Kent State University.
